Why Denver?

For us, the answer is deeply personal.

Denver is not simply the city where we live or the place where Denver Revival Center gathers. It is the city God has placed on our hearts. We believe we have been called to love it, serve it, pray for it, and contend in faith for its future.

When we look across Denver, we see more than mountains, buildings, neighborhoods, and government offices. We see people created in the image of God. We see families carrying stories, young people searching for identity, and individuals longing for hope, freedom, healing, and purpose.

Every street represents lives. Every neighborhood represents families. Every person matters to God.

This is our city. This is our mission field. This is our assignment.

Seeing Denver Through the Eyes of Faith

Many people look at Denver and see darkness, confusion, addiction, homelessness, brokenness, hopelessness, and death.

We see those realities too. We will not ignore the pain within our city or pretend the spiritual battle is not real. We recognize the challenges confronting our neighborhoods, families, and younger generations.

But we refuse to believe darkness will write the final chapter of Denver’s story.

Where others see darkness, we see the light of Jesus breaking through. Where others see wickedness, we see repentance and holiness rising. Where others see confusion, we see truth being proclaimed. Where others see addiction, we see chains breaking. Where others see brokenness, we see restoration. Where others see death, we declare life.

Where others see an impossible city, we see a city prepared for revival.

We are not looking at Denver through the eyes of fear. We are looking at Denver through the eyes of faith. We see beyond what is happening today and believe for what God can do tomorrow.

We believe Denver’s story is still being written.

No Giant Is Greater Than Our God

The challenges facing our city may appear overwhelming, but they are not greater than the God we serve.

No giant is greater than Him. No roadblock can stop His purpose. No mountain is too great for Him to move. No chain is too strong for Him to break, and no person is too far gone for Him to rescue.

Nothing is impossible in the name of Jesus.

Our battle is not against the people of Denver. We are fighting for the people of Denver.

We contend through prayer, worship, the Word of God, evangelism, compassion, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe the Lord of Heaven’s Armies goes before us. We do not stand alone, and we will not surrender our city to darkness.

We will continue praying. We will continue worshiping. We will continue preaching the Gospel without compromise. We will continue serving the hurting, reaching the lost, restoring the broken, and believing for revival and reformation.

We will continue until lives are transformed, families are restored, and the name of Jesus is lifted high across our city.

The Heart of the Denver Revival Project

The Denver Revival Project was born from this burden.

It did not begin as another campaign, fundraising strategy, or temporary initiative. It began with a conviction that God desires to move powerfully in the heart of Denver and that we must prepare a place for His presence.

Denver does not need another performance or religious routine. Denver needs an encounter with the presence of God.

We believe one encounter with Jesus can transform a life. One transformed life can change a family. One restored family can influence a neighborhood. Awakened neighborhoods can help transform an entire city.

God has opened an incredible opportunity for Denver Revival Center to gather in a historic venue in the heart of Capitol Hill, just steps from the Colorado State Capitol.

We do not believe this opportunity or this location is accidental.

We believe God is making room for a House of Revival in the heart of Denver. A house where prayer becomes the foundation, worship rises with passion, holiness is pursued, and the Gospel is preached with boldness and without compromise.

We are preparing a place where people can encounter Jesus Christ and experience healing, deliverance, freedom, restoration, discipleship, and lasting transformation.

But our vision does not end inside four walls.

Revival must reach the streets. It must restore families, awaken the Church, strengthen communities, and send believers into the world carrying the Gospel with courage and compassion.

True revival produces repentance, holiness, obedience, boldness, compassion, and lasting fruit.

Revival transforms hearts. Reformation transforms what awakened people touch.

We are believing for revived people to carry the Kingdom of God into their homes, schools, workplaces, businesses, ministries, government, and every sphere of influence. We are believing for people who will not merely attend services, but who will live as disciples, serve their communities, preach the Gospel, and become agents of transformation throughout Denver and beyond.

Why We Believe in Denver

We believe in Denver because God loves this city and every person matters to Him.

We believe the broken can be restored, the addicted can be set free, and families can be healed. We believe young people can discover their identity and purpose in Jesus. We believe the lost can be saved, the hopeless can receive hope, and those bound by darkness can experience freedom.

We believe no darkness is stronger than the light of Christ and no giant is greater than our God.

The greatest days of revival are not behind us. We believe they are still ahead.

We believe God is awakening hearts across Denver. We believe the Gospel will advance. We believe revival and reformation will impact generations. We believe a city known for darkness can become a city marked by the presence, power, holiness, and love of God.

The Denver Revival Project is an invitation to every person, family, ministry, church, business, and community leader who believes Denver’s story is still being written.

This is more than supporting a building. It is helping establish a place where the presence of God will be honored, people will be equipped, leaders will be raised, the hurting will be restored, and believers will be sent into the harvest.

Together, we can prepare an altar in the heart of the city and build a House of Revival for generations to come.
