THE DENVER REVIVAL PROJECT

Building a Presence-Driven House of Revival in the Heart of Denver
There are moments when vision must become action.
Moments when prayer must be joined with preparation, faith must be joined with obedience, and people must come together to build what they believe God has placed before them.
The Denver Revival Project was born from one of those moments.
Denver Revival Center has been presented with an opportunity to establish a presence-driven House of Revival in Denver’s historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, just steps from the Colorado State Capitol.
This project is about more than securing a building or opening another location for weekly gatherings. It is about preparing a spiritual home where Jesus Christ is exalted, the presence of God is honored, the Gospel is proclaimed without compromise, disciples are equipped, and believers are sent into the city to advance revival and reformation.
We are not simply preparing rooms.
We are preparing an altar.
WHY THE DENVER REVIVAL PROJECT EXISTS
Denver Revival Center began with a cry for revival.
We believe people were created for more than attending gatherings while remaining unchanged. We believe individuals can genuinely encounter Jesus, be transformed by the Holy Spirit, walk in freedom, grow in spiritual maturity, and discover their God-given purpose.
Revival is more than excitement during a gathering.
Revival awakens spiritually dry hearts.
Revival brings people back to their first love.
Revival produces repentance, holiness, prayer, worship, obedience, evangelism, compassion, and lasting transformation.
The Denver Revival Project exists to establish a place where this kind of awakening can be pursued, protected, and carried into the city.
Our desire is not simply to host powerful moments.
Our desire is to raise people who carry the presence, truth, love, and power of Jesus wherever God sends them.
WHY CAPITOL HILL
Capitol Hill is one of the most visible, diverse, and influential areas of Denver.
It is surrounded by neighborhoods, apartment communities, businesses, schools, government offices, nonprofit organizations, residents, visitors, and people from every walk of life.
It is also an area where many people are searching for hope, healing, freedom, identity, belonging, and purpose.
We do not believe this location is accidental.
Being positioned near the Colorado State Capitol gives Denver Revival Center an opportunity to establish a House of Revival in a place connected to the spiritual, cultural, civic, and everyday life of our city.
We see Capitol Hill as more than the location of a building.
We see it as a mission field.
From this location, we will be able to pray for our city, proclaim the Gospel, serve individuals and families, disciple believers, train volunteers, develop leaders, and send people into neighborhoods throughout Denver.
The work will begin in Capitol Hill, but it will not remain there.
The vision is to establish a base for revival, evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and citywide impact that reaches throughout Denver and beyond.
A HISTORIC OPPORTUNITY
The history surrounding this venue reminds us that previous generations prayed, preached, worshiped, built, and believed God for their time.
Now we must accept responsibility for ours.
We are not attempting to recreate the past or build a monument to what God once did.
We are honoring the faith of previous generations by giving God our complete yes today.
The prayers of the past have helped prepare this moment.
The obedience of this generation will help determine what happens next.
MORE THAN A BUILDING
Buildings do not create revival.
Architecture cannot transform a heart. A stage cannot save a soul. A historic address cannot replace prayer, surrender, holiness, or obedience.
However, a building can become a place where people gather consistently to seek God.
It can become a house where prayer rises, worship flows from surrendered hearts, the Word of God is proclaimed, and people encounter the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
It can become a place where:
- The lost hear the Gospel and surrender their lives to Jesus
- The broken receive hope, healing, and restoration
- Families are strengthened
- Prodigals return home
- People living in bondage encounter freedom
- Young people discover their identity and purpose in Christ
- Disciples are formed and equipped
- Leaders, evangelists, intercessors, worshipers, creatives, and servants are trained and sent
The Denver Revival Project is not centered on having property for the sake of having a building.
It is centered on establishing a place where the presence of God remains the foundation of everything we do.
The building is a tool.
The mission is transformed lives.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
We are building a House of Revival.
A house where prayer prepares the altar.
A house where worship flows from intimacy rather than performance.
A house where the Bible is preached with truth, clarity, boldness, and compassion.
A house where repentance is welcomed and holiness is pursued.
A house where the Holy Spirit is honored and given room to move.
A house where people can come as they are, encounter Jesus, and not remain as they were.
We are believing for a place where people surrender their lives to Christ, the broken are restored, the sick are prayed for, and those living in bondage encounter freedom.
A place where prodigals return home.
A place where families are strengthened.
A place where young people discover their identity and purpose in Christ.
A place where worshipers, intercessors, evangelists, leaders, creatives, servants, and disciple-makers are equipped and sent.
We are building more than a gathering place.
We are building a sending place.
WHAT THE BUILDING WILL ALLOW US TO DO
Establishing this revival center will give Denver Revival Center a consistent place to carry out the mission God has entrusted to us.
The building will allow us to:
- Host revival gatherings, prayer meetings, worship nights, and biblical teaching
- Provide discipleship, leadership development, and ministry training
- Train and prepare volunteers to serve with excellence
- Create space where people can receive prayer, find freedom, and grow in their faith
- Develop leaders, evangelists, intercessors, worshipers, creatives, and disciple-makers
- Train evangelism teams and send them into Capitol Hill and neighborhoods throughout Denver
- Strengthen ministry partnerships and citywide outreach initiatives
- Record testimonies and produce media that carries the Gospel beyond the building
- Provide spaces for children, families, community connection, meetings, and ministry development
- Mobilize people to serve Denver through prayer, evangelism, compassion, and practical action
This building will not be the finish line.
It will be a launching point.
What begins at the altar will be carried into homes, neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, businesses, government, media, the arts, and every sphere of influence.
PREPARING THE ALTAR
Before there can be a public move of God, there must be a private altar.
Before there can be visible fruit, there must be hidden prayer.
Before people can be sent into the harvest, they must first be formed in the presence of God.
That is why prayer will not be a small part of the Denver Revival Project.
Prayer is the foundation.
We want to establish a house where people learn to seek God, understand His Word, hear His voice, and surrender every part of their lives to Him.
We are believing for prayer gatherings marked by hunger, worship marked by surrender, preaching marked by truth, and ministry marked by compassion and the power of the Holy Spirit.
The presence of God will not be treated as an addition to our plans.
His presence is the center. Everything else flows from Him.
EQUIPPING THE ARMY
When we use the language of equipping an army, we are not speaking about fighting people.
The people of Denver are not our enemy.
We are fighting for the people of Denver through prayer, truth, compassion, service, and the proclamation of the Gospel.
We fight by loving our neighbors.
We fight by serving the hurting.
We fight by strengthening families.
We fight by standing for truth.
We fight by reaching the lost.
We fight by carrying the light of Jesus into places marked by darkness and brokenness.
The Denver Revival Project will create space to train, disciple, and equip believers for this mission.
We want to raise people who know God, understand Scripture, walk in spiritual maturity, develop godly character, and live with courage and compassion.
We see disciples becoming disciple-makers.
We see leaders serving with humility and integrity.
We see evangelists proclaiming the Gospel throughout the city.
We see intercessors standing faithfully in prayer.
We see worshipers ministering from intimacy with God.
We see ordinary believers realizing that their complete yes can be used by God to transform lives.
The Church was never called only to gather.
The Church was called to go.
REVIVAL THAT LEADS TO REFORMATION
Our vision does not end inside four walls.
What begins at the altar must continue in everyday life.
Revival transforms the human heart.
Reformation happens when transformed people carry the Kingdom of God into the places where they live, work, lead, create, and serve.
We believe revival must enter our homes.
Revival must restore families.
Revival must reach neighborhoods.
Revival must awaken the Church.
Revival must move into schools, workplaces, businesses, government, ministry, media, the arts, and every sphere of influence.
When people encounter Jesus, their priorities begin to change.
Their relationships change.
Their homes change.
Their decisions change.
They begin carrying the presence, truth, love, and power of God into the world around them.
A changed life can transform a family.
A restored family can strengthen a neighborhood.
An awakened people can influence an entire city.
The Denver Revival Project is about preparing people who will carry the Kingdom wherever they go.
SERVING CAPITOL HILL AND THE GREATER DENVER COMMUNITY
We are building this house with Denver on our hearts.
Denver is not simply the city where we live or the place where our ministry gathers.
It is our mission field and our assignment.
When we look across Capitol Hill and the greater Denver area, we see people created in the image of God.
We see families carrying stories.
We see young people searching for identity.
We see individuals longing for hope, healing, freedom, belonging, and purpose.
We also recognize the challenges affecting our city, including addiction, homelessness, isolation, broken families, spiritual confusion, and hopelessness.
We do not look away from those realities.
We respond with the Gospel, prayer, evangelism, compassionate service, meaningful partnerships, and practical action.
The Denver Revival Project will strengthen our ability to serve Capitol Hill and the broader Denver community through:
- Street evangelism and prayer outreach
- Citywide worship and revival gatherings
- Family and children’s ministry
- Discipleship and leadership development
- Volunteer training and mobilization
- Ministry and organizational partnerships
- Neighborhood outreach and practical service
- Media, testimony, and Gospel-centered communication
- Events and initiatives that reach people beyond the building
The goal is not to keep people inside the building.
The goal is to equip people inside the building and send them outside of it.
Where others see darkness, we see the light of Jesus breaking through.
Where others see addiction, we believe chains can be broken.
Where others see brokenness, we believe restoration is possible.
Where others see hopelessness, we see a generation discovering hope.
Where others see an impossible city, we see a city prepared for revival.
WHAT FINANCIAL SUPPORT WILL COVER
Establishing and operating a revival center in the heart of Denver requires both faith and responsible stewardship.
Financial contributions, business partnerships, professional services, donated items, and volunteer support will help Denver Revival Center operate the building safely, effectively, and with excellence.
Rent and Operating Expenses
Financial support will help cover rent, utilities, insurance, internet, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, technology, and other costs required to keep the building open and operating throughout the month.
Building Preparation and Furnishings
Support will help prepare and furnish the building’s key ministry and community spaces, including a studio for recording testimonies and producing media, interior and exterior signage, furnished community spaces, a coffee bar and connection area, children’s spaces, and a community hall for revival gatherings, prayer, discipleship, training, meetings, and outreach initiatives.
Parking and Safety
Operating in Capitol Hill requires thoughtful planning for parking, building access, security, emergency readiness, signage, and volunteer coordination.
Support will help us create a safe, organized, and accessible experience for the people we serve.
Production and Media
Sound, lighting, video, photography, livestreaming, computers, communication systems, and media equipment will help us communicate the Gospel clearly, record testimonies, support our gatherings, and extend the reach of the ministry beyond the building.
Testimony and Media Studio
A dedicated studio will allow us to record testimonies, interviews, teachings, worship, outreach stories, and other Gospel-centered content.
These stories will help document what God is doing, encourage others, and carry the message of revival beyond Capitol Hill.
Connect Point
A dedicated Connect Point will give guests and community members a clear place to connect directly with someone from our team.
People will be able to ask questions, receive prayer, learn more about Denver Revival Center, and take their next step through discipleship, serving, upcoming gatherings, or other ministry opportunities.
The Connect Point will help ensure that people do not simply attend a gathering and leave without connection.
Coffee Bar and Connection Area
A coffee bar and connection area will create space for conversations, meetings, relationship-building, and connection before and after gatherings.
Children’s Spaces
Furnished children’s spaces will help us provide safe, organized, and engaging areas where children can be cared for, taught, and supported while families participate in the life of the revival center.
Community Hall
The community hall will provide a flexible space for revival gatherings, prayer, discipleship, training, meetings, family initiatives, ministry partnerships, and outreach events.
Evangelism and Outreach
Resources will help support street evangelism, prayer gatherings, outreach events, family initiatives, neighborhood service, ministry partnerships, transportation, outreach materials, and practical efforts to reach people throughout Denver.
Discipleship and Leadership Development
The building will provide space for biblical teaching, small-group discipleship, ministry training, volunteer development, leadership preparation, prayer gatherings, and equipping believers to disciple and serve others.
Every practical part of this project supports a greater spiritual mission.
The rent keeps the doors open.
The furnished spaces create places where people can encounter God and connect with others.
The production equipment carries the message beyond the room.
The Connect Point helps people meet our team and take their next step.
The studio allows testimonies of transformation to be shared.
The training spaces help turn attendees into equipped disciples.
The building is a tool.
The mission is transformed lives.
